I was recently watching an a few episodes of Hak5 and learned about a linux command that I had never heard of before. The command is
This will list all of the input devices attached to your system. The context in which this command was used in the show was to deploy a prank payload to an unsuspecting user, by disabling their keyboard for a predetermined length of time. The output will display something like this
Some additional commands
--enable device Enable the device. This call is equivalent to xinput --set-prop device "Device Enabled" 1 --disable device Disable the device. This call is equivalent to xinput --set-prop device "Device Enabled" 0
